(ON Only) The Therapeutic Issues Tab

A new tab called Therapeutic Issues has been added. This tab will contain any Opinions documented, as well as Therapeutic Issues documented for the MedsCheck Forms. This tab displays a pharmaceutical opinion if it is flagged in the Medication Record tab and allows you to document it. The fields in this tab populate the Therapeutic Issues section of the Pharmacist Worksheet form. In this tab you can:

• Add or Remove a Therapeutic Issue
• Document a Pharmaceutical Opinion
